Photo Resizer 1.0 This is a small, easy to use program that will allow you to resize and reformat your photo to our systems requirements. This program is free and does not require you to install it onto your computer. You may choose not to install this program by clicking the download button below and selecting "Run from current location" or "Open" from the window that appears. You may want to install the program for future use by clicking on the download button below and choosing "Save" from the window that appears and selecting a folder on your computer where you would like the program to install. STEP 1 If you installed the program to your computer, please locate the folder where the program resides and click on the file named "PhotoResizer.exe" to open the program. Once the program has loaded, click the "Open" button to browse to where your image is. The program has a preview window to help you make sure the photo you select is the photo you want to resize. Once you find the picture you want, click the "Open" button. Select the image to preview it, then click "Open" STEP 2 Click the "Resize" Button. Notice that the original picture used in the example below was 1,437,654 bytes in size and Photo Resizer has resized it to 49,579 bytes, that's 1\26th the size. You do not have to worry about the options panel. Photo Resizer is set to our system requirements by default. STEP 3 Click the "Save As" button. A save as window appears. Navigate to a directory and save your picture with a ".jpg" extension you must use this file name extension to successfully upload your picture to us. You will notice in the example below that the original image was named MyImage.bmp. By selecting the JPEG Bitmap (JPG;JPEG;JPE) format from the "Save As Type" drop-down box will change the name to MyImage.jpg.
